REGISTRATION

IESC propose an on line registration service :

Step 1 : the application process
• Follow the link https://iesc-inscriptions.fr , select the event concerned and click on to apply.

• Your account is created, your registration is on the waiting list, you will receive a confirmation email when it has been checked by the organiser.

Step 2 : the registration process

After confirmation of their selection, all applicants have to complete the registration form. Information such as accommodation in Cargese, personal diet, travel information (from and to the Ajaccio airport), accompanying person(s) will then be registered.

Accomodation at IESC:

Rooms are located at the IESC centre and a few of them in Cargèse (20mn walk from IESC), As the number of rooms at the centre is limited (around 50 people), please specify in step 2 of the registration form if you would like to make a reservation.

Fare: If you book a room at the IESC /6 nights ( 21 to 27 April ) / Single room: 400 €

Shared room: 340 €

(accomodation/breakfast/lunch/coffe break)

Accomodation in Cargèse (hotels, villas...)

If you book accomodation by yourself you will be charged for coffee break and lunches: around 100 €

Diners will be at your own expense, they are not organised by IESC

For every payment, you will have to pay by credit card on SITE. IESC will provide you with an invoice if needed.

IESC will arrange a shuttle bus around 4.15 PM on Sunday 21rst of April from the airport to the conference centre.

Scientific activities will start on Monday morning (22 April) and finish Friday in the afternoon (26 April). More details will be posted soon

LOCATION OF THE WORKSHOP

Wise 2024 will be hosted in Cargèse, Corsica from 21rst of April (arrival date/afternoon) to 27th of April (departure date/morning).

You will be welcome at the Institut d'Etudes Scientifiques de Cargèse (IESC) between Ajaccio and Porto.
